Inheritance Act Claims

The Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 enables claims to be brought against an estate in the event that a deceased person failed to make reasonable financial provision for a spouse, former spouse or dependant. We are also able to advise and represent an executor or administrator of the estate of a deceased person in the event that such a claim arises.
