Since the introduction of the Civil Partnership Act in December 2005, same-sex couples are able, for the first time ever, to enter into a civil partnership. A civil partnership is very much akin to a marriage.
We are able to provide the same advice and representation in the event of a dissolution of a civil partnership including advising in relation to any financial issues which arise or issues in relation to any children, upon the same basis as we advise in relation to a breakdown of marriage.
