FDL Guardian encompasses all the advantages of FDL Centurion but also provides unlimited advice on any UK Employment Law issue by a qualified Employment Law Solicitor over a 12 month period. This is for a fixed price of £1,000 + VAT (this can be paid monthly) regardless of the number of staff or as a percentage of your payroll cost. The services include the following:
- Unlimited Employment Law advice on any UK Employment Law matter prior to the issue of proceedings for which a Tribunal has jurisdiction. The advice will be provided either by telephone, email or attendance at our office
- Unlimited advice in relation to reduced working hours, and redundancies
- Unlimited guidance on the procedures to follow, supported by highly practical advice
- An initial review of all your employment documentation (contracts of employment, employee handbook, policies and procedures) either by the attendance of a specialist Employment Law Solicitor at your premises or the return of a completed questionnaire with supporting documentation. In the event that your existing employment documents need to be amended, then we will provide you with a fixed price for that service. Thereafter, this will be followed by regular documentation updates to ensure that they are legally compliant
