Trish McElroy

Trish is Legal Executive and Head of the Debt Recovery Department at Fruhman Davies Livingstones

Trish joined Fruhman Davies Livingstones in July 1989 as an office junior. After a few years an opportunity arose for her to join the firm’s Debt Recovery Department and she now runs the department

She specialises in all aspects of Debt Recovery from the initial letter before action continuing through to the issue of proceedings and enforcement of the judgment. Her work also encompasses the use of Insolvency Proceedings for the recovery of debts.

She works closely with the firm’s Commercial Litigation Department particularly when the proceedings become contested.

With the encouragement of the firm she joined Mancat College in September 2001 and took the Ilex course and become a Legal Executive in June 2005. She was admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executive's in July 2007.
