Steven is Head of the Corporate Department and a Partner at Fruhman Davies Livingstones.
Steven qualified as a Solicitor in 1971 and, together with Jonathan Davies, founded Fruhman Davies & Co which continued as such until amalgamation with Livingstone & Co in April 1999.
Steven specialises in corporate and commercial work for a wide variety of clients.
He undertakes the full range of acquisitions, disposals, management buy-outs, management buy-ins and general corporate and corporate finance work.
He uses his experience to help solve problems and to create practical solutions with a view to the efficient and speedy completion of transactions to the extent obviously that this is consistent with the best interests of the client.
