Malcolm is Head of the Private Client Department and a Partner at Fruhman Davies Livingstones
Malcolm read law at Manchester University. He qualified as a Solicitor in 1969 and was awarded the Manchester Law Society John Peacock Conveyancing Prize.
He was a Partner in Livingstone & Co and for most of his professional life he has had a very general practice which covered the areas of criminal law, family law, litigation and non-contentious work
Livingstone & Co amalgamated with that of Fruhman Davies & Co in 1999 by which time his area of practice was only non-contentious work. He is a member of the Society of Trusts & Estate Practitioners (which is a world wide body of practitioners in these areas).
His area of practice now includes Wills, Probate, Trusts, Landlord & Tenant and Commercial Conveyancing.
