Jonathan is Head of the Commercial Property Department and a Partner at Fruhman Davies Livingstones.
Jonathan studied Law at Manchester University and qualified as a Solicitor in 1972 and, together with Steven Fruhman, founded Fruhman Davies & Co which continued as such until amalgamation with Livingstone & Co in April 1999.
Throughout his career Jonathan has gained expertise in a wide range of property transactions focusing on commercial properties and leases. Jonathan’s aim is to use his experience to find practical solutions to problems
He also advises many corporate and commercial clients in respect of the growth of their business.
