Jodi Lund

Jodi is an Associate in the Residential Property Department at Fruhman Davies Livingstones

Jodi studied Law at Manchester Metropolitan University and then undertook her Legal Practice Course at the same institution on a part time basis whilst working in the property department of a city centre practice as a paralegal. Her experience as a paralegal included assisting with a portfolio of residential and commercial property transactions.

She joined Livingstone & Co in 2004 as a Trainee Solicitor and she passed the LPC with a distinction in 2005. She qualified in March 2007 and was made an Associate in August of the same year.

Her area of practice consists mainly of residential portfolio acquisitions and re-finance work for investor clients together with general commercial property transactions and residential sales and purchases.
