Harvey is Head of the Residential Conveyancing Department and the Managing Partner at Fruhman Davies Livingstones.
Harvey was educated at Manchester Grammar School, Manchester Talmudical College and Manchester Polytechnic.
He did his articles at Cannon & Co. This firm was subsequently taken over by Livingstone & Company and in the early 1980’s Harvey became a partner in Livingstone & Company.
In April 1999 Livingstone & Company merged with Fruhman Davies and has practiced as Fruhman Davies Livingstones from our Manchester Office and as Livingstone & Company from our Salford Office.
Harvey is a Notary Public and a Trust & Estate Practitioner.
He specialises in probate work and acquisitions of semi-commercial/domestic properties including portfolios.
