Associate
David is an Associate in the Commercial Conveyancing Department at Fruhman Davies Livingstones.
He studied Law at Manchester Metropolitan University and he qualified as a Solicitor in 2000. He joined the firm as an assistant Solicitor in 2004 and was appointed as an Associate in July 2006.
David has specialist experience in residential estate development, and transactions that involve the sale and purchase of residential investment portfolios.
He also specialises in commercial property sales and acquisitions, as well as all aspects relating to commercial landlord and tenant transactions. His practice also includes acting for bridging lenders on short-term bridging finance.
